The steps you need to take to place an order are as follows:
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation Email"). The Order Confirmation Email is acknowledgment that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send you an email confirming that we have dispatched the product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation Email").

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prices for our products are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of GST. The price you pay is the price displayed on the Site at the time we receive your order, apart from the following cases:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@irfansmart.com.
We aim to deliver goods within 2-5 working days from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation Email, unless a different delivery date is specified in the Dispatch Confirmation Email.
Please note that delivery times may vary according to the availability of products, your location, and circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions or unexpected peak delivery periods. Delivery times are estimates only and should not be relied upon as such. So far as we are able, we will advise you of any significant delays to your delivery.
All risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery, but you shall not own the goods until we have received payment in full of all sums due to us in respect of the goods, including any delivery charges.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
