What Happens After You Submit a Request

1. Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate. This may require additional information from you.
2. Processing: Once verified, we will process your request within 30 days. In complex cases, we may extend this period by up to 60 additional days, but we will notify you if this is necessary.
3. Confirmation: After your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email.

Exceptions to Data Deletion

In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete all of your data due to legal or regulatory obligations. These exceptions may include:

• Information required for tax or financial record-keeping
• Data necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
• Information required to complete any ongoing transaction or to provide a product or service you have requested
• Data required to detect and prevent security incidents or fraudulent activity
