1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Allitcom (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our peer-to-peer USDT/VND portal, including account signup, KYC, trading, wallet, and operator tools. This page is a production-ready template for the Allitcom portal and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

2. Information we collect

Account credentials (username and password hashes), contact and identity details submitted during KYC (including ID documents you upload), merchant bank account settings, trade and checkout records, session cookies used to keep you signed in, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use your data to create and authenticate accounts, complete KYC review, match and settle P2P orders, show wallet and trade history, prevent abuse, and improve reliability of the portal. Operators may access merchant and order data solely to run the desk and fulfill support duties.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with payment counterparties as needed to complete a trade you initiate, with service providers that host or process the application under contract, or when required by applicable law. Counterparties on the market may see trader display names and payment instructions you provide for a trade.

5. Retention

We retain account, KYC, and trade records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet compliance obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

6. Security

We use session-based authentication, role-based access (user, merchant, operator), and industry-standard transport security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep your credentials private. Merchants may be asked for 2FA when posting orders.

7. Your choices

You can update profile and bank settings while signed in, and you may contact the desk to correct KYC information or close an account. Browser controls can clear cookies; clearing the session cookie will sign you out.
