Terms of Use

Policy and terms for the Allitcom P2P portal.

Last updated · 8 August 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Allitcom, you agree to these Terms of Use (Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the portal. This document is a template suitable for a P2P fintech portal and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

2. The service

Allitcom provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for USDT and VND. Users browse sell and buy boards, initiate checkout against a listed order, and complete payment via bank transfer, MoMo, or ZaloPay as shown for that order. Allitcom facilitates matching and record-keeping; settlement between counterparties remains a peer-to-peer obligation.

3. Eligibility & KYC

You must provide accurate account information. Personal accounts complete KYC (including identity document upload) before full market access. We may suspend or reject accounts that fail verification, appear fraudulent, or violate these terms.

4. Orders & checkout

Board prices and limits are set by the posting desk. When you start checkout, you agree to follow the payment instructions shown and to complete transfers only to the designated details for that trade. Checkouts may remain pending until manually completed. Do not send funds outside the instructions displayed in-app.

5. Merchant & operator tools

Merchants may post sell orders, manage bank settings, wallet, and trade history, and may be required to confirm sensitive actions with 2FA. Operators may manage merchants, orders, and trades (including batch uploads). Operator access is restricted to authorized staff.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the portal for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass security, KYC, or role controls. We may freeze activity and cooperate with lawful requests.

7. Risks & disclaimers

Digital-asset and P2P trading involve price, counterparty, and operational risk. Rates shown are informational market feeds and board quotes — they are not advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the portal is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allitcom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from peer settlement failures, incorrect transfers you initiate, or third-party payment rails. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the portal is limited to fees (if any) you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
