FAQ
Common questions about trading on Allitcom.
Getting started
What is Allitcom?
Allitcom is a peer-to-peer portal for trading USDT against VND. Browse a live market board, pick an order, and settle with local rails such as bank transfer, MoMo, or ZaloPay.
Do I need KYC?
Yes for full access. After signup you complete KYC (including an ID document upload). Until verification is accepted, market and checkout routes remain restricted for personal accounts.
Are there platform fees?
The current Allitcom UI does not surface a published fee schedule on the board. Confirm any desk-specific fees with your operator before trading large sizes.
Trading
How do Buy and Sell boards work?
The Sell board lists traders selling USDT — you buy USDT by paying VND. The Buy board lists traders wanting USDT — you sell USDT and receive VND. Both live under Market; board side is a trade direction, not a separate product.
What payment methods are supported?
Trades can settle via bank transfer, MoMo, or ZaloPay, depending on what the listed order offers. Merchants configure their receiving bank on the profile Bank settings form.
How does checkout work?
From a board order you start checkout, confirm amount and payment details, then complete the transfer as instructed. The trade parks as pending until it is completed manually — an escrow-style handoff, not instant on-chain settlement.
Who can post orders?
Verified merchants can create sell orders from the market flow (with 2FA when required). Operators can also create and batch-manage board orders for the desk.
Account
Where do I find wallet and trade history?
Signed-in merchants open the account menu for Wallet, Trade history, and Profile settings (including bank details). Operators use Accounts and Market in the top bar.
